Experientia villa in Rhodes without compromises

Asimina is the best AirBnB-Host we’ve ever had! She is so nice and sweet! All her instructions and recommendations were really helpful.

The location is so beautiful and very clean. You can also enjoy a lot of privacy there. The infrastructure in the house was great, it has everything you need to cook a meal as an example. All in one, it was just so wonderful to stay there. We enjoyed it so much! Thank you Asimina for everything, we will definitely come back!

This was probably by far the most amazing Airbnb we’ve ever had! There was nothing missing. The furnishing style was beautiful and we felt super comfortable. Asimina was a wonderful host in every way! If we fly to Rhodes again, then definitely go back to this place! To everyone who is hesitant: book this place you can’t go wrong!

The house was new, clean, well equipped, according to the information, somewhat remote location for it quiet.

This was one of my best stay in Airbnb! Oliveto villa with its private pool and all necessary items was extraordinary! Asimina, our host made our vacation days exceptional! Very good communication from the beginning till the end! The villa is in very calm location, all facilities available, even a shower next to the pool.

Checking and check out was easy and fast.

The villa was spotlessly clean, inside and out. Exactly as pictured on the website. The garden gets the sun all day and early evening.

Location was very private. The villa is not overlooked at all and the football pitch next door is no issue whatsoever. The chickens were a bit noisy at times but didn’t bother us at all!

Asimina, the host was incredibly helpful. Lots of snacks and refreshments were left for us on arrival which was a lovely touch. Asimina allowed us to check in early and check out late to suit our flight costs. She even cooked us a delicious meal on one evening.

The village of Pastida is really nice with everything you need just a 10 minute stroll from the villa. A handy supermarket, a lovely coffee shop and some great restaurants.

All in all, a perfect setting for a perfect holiday. Thank you so much Asimina. When we are back in Rhodes, we will definitely be booking your wonderful villa again!

Beautiful house in a great location: close to many attractions and nice beaches if you rent a car, also not far from Rhodes town and very close to the airport, Lovely host very welcoming, eager to help should needed.

We had an exceptional stay! The villa is superb, spacious, very comfortable, and perfectly equipped. The pool and outdoor area were ideal for fully enjoying our vacation. Everything is impeccably maintained, which makes the place even more enjoyable.

Upon our arrival, we were greeted with great attention: cold drinks and water in the refrigerator, a basket filled with local specialties (honey, liqueurs, Rhodes sweets, fresh fruit), as well as butter and jam. A delicate surprise that immediately set the mood.

A special thank you to Assimina, always available, warm, and attentive. She even prepared a delicious Greek meal for us at the time of our choosing, which was an unforgettable experience.

Our stay at this beautiful villa was nothing short of magical. Tucked away in a peaceful olive grove, the setting was pure bliss; tranquil and private, with the soothing sound of cicadas providing the perfect soundtrack to our holiday.

The villa itself is impeccably maintained and incredibly well equipped. Every little detail has been thought of — from a wide range of kitchen utensils to washing machine tablets, bathrobes, and toiletries. On arrival, we were greeted with so many thoughtful touches: complimentary drinks and water in the fridge, ice cubes and ice packs ready in the freezer, local honey, liqueurs, sweets, even butter and jam for breakfast.

One of the highlights was a delicious meal lovingly prepared by Asimina toward the end of our stay. After a long day at the beach, coming back to such a warm gesture made us feel so welcome and cared for.

The house is tastefully decorated, the beds are comfortable, and the shower pressure is fantastic. The pool is clean and offers a breathtaking view of the sunset — we ended every evening poolside, just soaking in the view.

The location is ideal — the charming village of Pastida is close by, with great food options but none of the tourist crowds. Several beaches, Rhodes town, and the airport are all within a 15-minute drive.

We truly didn’t want to leave. This villa and Asimina’s hospitality made our holiday unforgettable. My family and I would return in a heartbeat. Thank you again, Asimina!

What a fantastic stay! The villa is beautiful and cosy and equipped with everything you could possibly need! The pool is a dream, every two days the poolman comes to clean it. The host, Asimina, was very kind and discrete. She cooked us a fine tasteful Greek dinner one evening. Olive, the cat, was a bonus! We thoroughly enjoyed our time and will definitely be back sometime. Thank you for the amazing experience. Peaceful heaven.

AMAZING! everything - house, hospitality of our hosts, location… We knew from previous comments that the house is beautiful and Asimina takes care about her guests, but even knowing this we had WOW effect. The house is very well equipped, the pool - clean and perfect, everything new and high quality, decorated with full attention love. Asimina (of course❤️😉) prepared perfect greek food. Don’t forget to ask Asmina for some recommendation where to try traditional greek cuisine nearby, all addresses were perfect! Silence, the sound of cicadas, olive trees in the garden, even lovely cat - what more we could ask for… 200% recommended!

Pool was a good size. Very clean and comfortable with some amenities such as shower gel and shampoo which added a special touch. The host was lovely and cooked us an authentic Greek meal as part of the stay one evening. Maintenance man would come every morning to clean the pool. Lovely olive trees on the property and a resident cat who would stay outside and keep us company.

Before our arrival, Asimina sent us detailed directions to the house and was there to greet us and give a tour upon our arrival. She even saw us off when we departed.

The house is simply fantastic! It’s clean, practical, perfectly maintained, beautifully decorated, and stocked with a few drinks in the fridge. There was also a gift package with honey, olive oil, wine, and a sweet specialty from Rhodes.

The pool is the perfect size and is cleaned daily.

The location of the house is also perfect. It’s far enough to enjoy peace and quiet, yet close enough to the village to go out for dinner or drinks in the evening, or to get groceries. There’s also a pharmacy in the village.

As a special touch, Asimina prepared a delicious Greek meal just for us.

A beautiful private villa on the outskirts of a traditional Greek village. The property has everything you need, a real home from home. Asimina is a wonderful host and met us at the property with her husband to welcome us and show us around. She even provided a traditional cooked meal on the day of our choice which was delicious. The villa was immaculate and even went the extra mile to provide refreshments and toiletries on arrival. The pool was a godsend in the heat and provided entertainment in the evening by being able to watch a family of bats coming to have a drink in flight! The pool was checked and cleaned daily, early morning. A security gate & outside lighting provided peace of mind. The outside dining area provided an area of shade whilst enjoying the sounds of the countryside. We were made to feel very welcome by Asimina who was a text/phone call away. The hospitality was second to none from everyone we met - such a friendly, beautiful island. We will definitely be back ❤️

Location was secluded and very private, the facilities were outstanding and the pool was very clean and was cleaned at least twice during our stay (5 nights). The treats left for us in the villa were plentiful and very thoughtful. Host brought us a homemade authentic traditional Greek meal that was beautiful and made our stay there perfect. Beds and lounge area very comfy and the bathrooms were immaculate with very high pressure showers!

Oliveta a Flumine is an idyllic villa set in a small olive grove and wildflower meadow. It is modern yet elegantly decorated and fantastically well equipped. Ideally suited to a couple, two couples or a small family. The location in Pastida is a 5-10min drive from the airport and a perfect base to explore the island by car although when the sun shines, the pool is inviting and you will find it difficult to leave this place. The host Asimina has thoughtfully considered everything that you could want or need and is on hand via WhatsApp/phone to help with any issues or enquiries. Greek hospitality is second to none and Asimina even dropped off a home-cooked meal which was absolutely delicious.
